Terms Of Service

1) I price my work on a piece by piece basis. For rough estimates please visit my pricing page. I do not begin work until the full price is paid.2) I ask for a period of 30 days after I receive payment to work on your commission, as you may not be the only commission I am working on at that time. For more info see my explanation of the Queue below.3) Gods forbid this time passes and you have not received a finished piece. At that time we can discuss an extension of time or a refund.4) Refunds are only awarded if you have not recieved any art past the sketching phase, including in process pieces. This is to avoid scammers. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. You will not be entitled to unfinished works.5) I will only do revisions in the sketch/ lineart phase of the art. Excessive revisions may result in in an extra fee, which I will inform you of and ask for before doing said revisions. (This will usually be after about 3-5 revisions. I will do my best to communicate with you before this point is reached if you are asking for a lot.)6) As stated above, I reserve the right to refuse service and may reject your commission at any time for any reason. If the subject matter breaks my rules or makes me uncomfortable I will politely reject your business. Harrassment and rudeness will earn you an instant block. Further Harrassment through alt accounts or on multiple platforms will get all accounts associated with you blacklisted. No means no, and it is not worth the time or money to work with people who are disrespectful. See Rule 4 about refunds.7) My art is not AI, nor is it made for use in AI. I will not make art for the purpose of AI training or use in NFTs.8) I have a commercial use/ tattoo design fee of 30$ USD. This applies when you plan to use my work in ways that you or a third party, like a tattoo artist, will profit off of. A few examples of commercial use include logos, assets for livestreams, and designs intended to be put on merch.9) I also offer signature removal ONLY on commercial artworks for an additional 30$ USD.10) By agreeing to work with me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms laid out on this page. The Queue

Once I recieve your payment you will be entered into my work queue. Your number in the queue is only indicative of the order in which I recieved your order and NOT which projects I am working on first. I am likely to prioritize more complex pieces, as they are likely to take longer. As previously stated, I ask for a period of 30 days to work after recieving your payment, regardless of your position in the queue.
